Does my pet need to be well trained?
Not at all! If they have the basics of sit and stay then great, if not, it really doesn't matter. We will get some fun and natural images of your furry friends doing what they enjoy! Quite often my favourite shots are of them chasing a ball or splashing in the river, having a shake or jumping in the air!

My dog has no recall, can we still get lovely photos?
Oh yes! most of my images are taken with the dog on leash! I have the skills in photoshop to edit the leashes out. I have been accused of cheating because of this (made me chuckle) but the dogs safety is my number one priority, not all of the locations are enclosed and we have to be safe, the end result makes it look like they are just naturally standing there.

How do you get the dogs to stay still? Mine are too crazy for photos...
Having photographed shelter dogs and cats for over 4 years I have a bit of experience with the crazies and I love a challenge!! You will be surprised, I have a few tricks up my sleeve, mostly crazy noises and really smelly treats but in all honesty I love to capture pets being natural! I usually manage to get eye contact and a few 'looks' and if I achieve a head tilt - my job is done!
When will I receive my images?
No guarantee with this, it really depends on my workload. If you need them by a certain date, we can chat and sort that out.
Do you travel to Hobart?
Yes, I travel the whole of Tasmania.

What if I need to cancel my booking?
I require 48 hours notice so that I can attempt to fill your spot, things happen. We can just reschedule! If something happens last minute, let me know and we will work it out.

Can I change the date of my booking?
Absolutely with 48 hours notice! Get in touch and I can sort the date change for you.
Can I purchase a gift voucher?
YI don't supply vouchers for small amounts as the recipient ends up having to spend money to get their images or artwork.
I sell vouchers for packages and this works well as a family gift to someone where several family members chip in for this really special gift.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, my private payment plans are interest free and easy to set up. Please note, you will not receive your photos or products until payment is complete. I also have After Pay.
